Hide tooltips not working

Hi, I just upgraded to v 4.0 and the "Show tooltips" option is not hiding tooltips for me anymore when I switch it off.
Love the page up / page down in the scrollbar though - thanks!

Glad to hear you like the new scroll bar option! We've got that tooltip issue on our list as well, and we'll have it all fixed up for the next version
