When regex codes are used, instead of highlighting the entire line have a check box option to use an alternate highlighting routine to highlight ONLY the phrase being redex'd for.
I've added this to our feature request list.

Unfortunately with the current text rendering method, it's only possible to highlight the full line. However, we will keep this request on our list in case we're able to do it in the future.
