Feature Request: Define "Notepad" editor

Instead of just adding the ability to specify a text editor, we've added a "Windows Context Menu" item to the right-click menu, so that you can easily use the "Open With" menu on the file.

It took a moment to "Click" but ya its easier now. So instead of setting the editor we have the full context menu at our command. The way you implemented it works better as when a log is opened via a watched folder i can choose to send via email now without having to dig through folders to find that one file.

Solved multiple birds with one fix there. Cool!
